The First Ever ADULT 24-Hour Play Challenge!

We are SO excited to officially announce that registration is now OPEN for our 24-Hour Play: Adult Edition.

Friday & Saturday, February 27–28

We’ve had a ton of interest already, so if you’ve been thinking about jumping in, now is the time!

Here’s how it works:

Register now to secure your spot
Auditions due: Sunday, February 8 at MIDNIGHT
Submit a 45–60 second monologue (video audition) - email Mr. Matt and Ms. Christine at matt@seedlingtheatrecompany.com and christine@seedlingtheatrecompany.com
If you would also like to include any accents you do (even if they aren't GOOD), please share them with us: Italian, Boston, Western, Old English, any British accent, etc. We want to hear them! It may help when casting certain roles.
Casting will be announced by February 10, which gives you over 2½ weeks to get your lines memorized before rehearsals begin. Plenty of time — we promise!

Rehearsal & Performance Schedule:

Friday, February 27

Rehearsal from 4:00–9:00 PM -- If you can’t arrive right at 4:00, no worries! Just come when you can.

Saturday, February 28

Rehearsal from 8:00 AM–4:00 PM
Performances at 5:00 PM & 7:30 PM - the show will more than likely be 45min - 60min in length

Rehearsal Schedule:

Friday, February 27: Rehearsal from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM. (Come with lines memorized!) Feel free to bring a snack.
Saturday, February 28: THE BIG DAY! 8:00 AM to 8:30 PM
- 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM: Rehearsal
- 12:00 PM - 12:30 PM: Lunch (bring a sack lunch)
- 2:30 PM - 4:00 PM: Dress Rehearsal
- 5:00 PM: First Show!
- 6:00 PM - 6:30 PM: Dinner (bring a sack dinner)
- 7:30 PM: Second Show!

Your children can take you home after the show.

What to bring:

Water Bottle (or caffeinated beverage, we won't judge)
Sack lunch/dinner
All your creative enthusiasm

We’re not choosing the show just yet — that will depend on how many actors we have registered, since we want to make sure everyone is well-utilized. BUT we can promise this:

It WILL be a comedy
It will be fast-paced, creative, and hilarious
It will be one of the most fun theatre experiences you’ll have all year...maybe even EVER!!!
