How does this all work?

At Seedling, we run programs year-round, following the traditional school schedule. Enrollment from does not automatically carry over from one semester to the next and registration is required for each of the 3  semesters.

FALL SEMESTER

  •  2 shows per class in Jan.

  • Registration for classes

         starts early May

SPRING SEMESTER

  • February--May

  •  2 shows per class in May

  • Registration for classes

      starts mid--Nov. prior

SUMMER CAMPS SEMESTER

  • June-July

  •  1 day---2 week-long camps

  • Registration for camps starts

         Mid-March

 Acting Classes short semester-- Aug-Nov & Feb-Apr
      Jrs (ages 7-10) & Teens (ages 11-18)

Musical Theatre Classes for age groups:

 Sprouts (6-8yrs) Jrs (8-10yrs) Center Stage (10-12yrs)                Teens (11-18yrs)

Vocal Performance Classes for age group 10-18yrs

Summer Camps Vary
But generally include at least one Musical production, full plays, vocal performance, Movie Making, camps for ages 4-6yrs, set design and costume design, beginning acting, and much more.

Each age-specific Musical Theatre class will form its own independent cast of the musical production for that semester. If there are 5 classes offered for Lion King, there will be 5 full casts performing their own Lion King shows at the end of the semester. Auditions for character roles will take place in class the 2nd or 3rd week of each semester (with the exception of Showcase Cast) and all students enrolled in the class will be cast in the show.
